A highly desired Nepenthes species that produces characteristic white banded pitchers just under the peristome. A much more slow growing species in comparison to other lowland species and likes to stay close to the ground until it vines. They are currently various colours in cultivation, this one looks to be a purple/green variant. While considered lowland, many growers have suggested it does better? in intermediate conditions.
