Nepenthes (spathulata x thorelii) x {[(lowii x veitchii) x boschiana] x platychila

The female used in this cross; Nepenthes spathulata x thorelii is a vigorous hybrid that produces green upper pitchers with striping on the peristome. Grows well and pitchers well all year round. Have never seen lowers pitchers on this cross, even from the basals.

The male is LVB x P, a hugely popular and common hybrid, however this particular clone might just be the best one I have seen. Produces massive purple blotch pitchers on a yellow body. The peristome is absolutely incredible, showing deep purple red colours with some striping. Last photo shows a lower pitcher, first photo shows an upper pitcher.

The hope from this cross is to create a vigorous but very striped pitcher in the offspring.

Seed looks good with solid embryos but can never guarantee germination. 

This hybrid should grow well in all conditions. 

Each pack will contain at least 30 plus decent seeds. Please note undeveloped seed is also present and not included in the count.
