Pinguicula kondoi is a very small rosette species that grows no bigger than a 20 cent coin. Leaves can be green to a bronze colour. There is some debate that P. kondoi is actually P. reticulata. Flowers are white with heavily purple veins, though I have not yet had these flower for me.
